On Target Fund

Help us introduce archery to more people in Texas by donating to the On Target Fund.

Most everyone is naturally interested in archery but many don’t normally have the opportunity to event try it. Once they start “sticking stuff”,  they want to learn MORE!

You may have seen us in action- we make available resources to provide/support portable youth and adult archery ranges at public events like trade shows and fairs. The photos below show the result of these efforts. People having fun with archery!…. This directly leads to introducing them to local archery clubs and pro shops – for safe places to shoot and more instruction… Eventually spilling over into additional support for the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP), tournament archery interest, and potential hunting license and retail sales!

So what can you do?

  • Invite someone to come shoot with you.
  • Volunteer to help out at an archery event.
  • Donate a little money to buy arrows, bows, and safety gear.
  • Donate more money to help sponsor putting on an event.

So you know… $100 buys arrows, arm guard & tab for a shooter, $200 buys a bow, $1,000 puts on a portable range event.

Funds from these donations are specifically used to assist Texas Archery Academy,  a non-profit organization, purchase equipment and sponsor public “Fun Shoot” events throughout the state .

Want to donate?

Try hitting the target… each ring is a contribution level, scoring 1 to 10, with an “X” in the center of the bullseye.  So the donation levels are a multiple of $100 for what you want to score on the target, like 1x$100=$100 or 10x$100=$1,000. The “X” level distinguishes amounts in excess of $1,000.  Contributions of $500 or more come with name recognition at the TXAA state archery training facility in Plano.
